Founded in 2019 by a military family, Aviator Den was created to provide comfortable, welcoming accommodations for military members and their families. Over time, we expanded to serve all travelers, offering vacation rentals that combine convenience, comfort, and thoughtful details.

Modern, professionally managed homes in Alamogordo, NM designed to offer the comfort of a residence with the consistency of a hotel stay. Located minutes from White Sands National Park, Holloman Air Force Base, and top regional employers, our properties are ideal for military TDY, official government travel, corporate lodging, and vacation stays.

Each fully furnished private room features high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and access to a shared modern kitchen, full laundry facilities, and inviting common areas. Weekly housekeeping, complimentary parking, and elevated cleaning standards ensure a seamless, secure guest experience.

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit due at booking. For stays over 30 days, book first 30 nights only and email info@aviatorden.com with checkout date. We’ll block extra nights and confirm by email—call 210-560-1523 if not received. Exclusive amenities such as alcohol allowances and extended stay provisions may apply.
