The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2014, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location. Available for use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday flat is located on an open garden plot with bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
