Stay in our magnificent Emerald villa located near the city center of Biarritz.



LIVING SPACE



After crossing the sliding bay window overlooking the terrace, discover a bright dining room, a study corner and an open-plan kitchen. Behind it, there is a spacious living room with a tv area.

The exterior consists of a fully equipped summer kitchen with a bar counter, a garden lounge with a large terrace opening onto the heated pool (from mid-May to late September) and the garden with a ping pong table.

The house is also equipped with an indoor and outdoor speaker system.



ROOMS



On the ground floor, you will find a children's bedroom including a shower room and 4 beds, of which 3 are single beds and 1 is a 140 cm bed.



The first floor features a master suite equipped with a double bed (king size), a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sink. The floor is also composed of a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate shower room with toilet.



On the second floor, you will find a master suite (queen size) with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and double sink. Two other bedrooms (queen size) also share a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.



A laundry room that includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a sink and storage are also at your disposal in the basement.

Aperitifs around the summer kitchen and its plancha, moments of relaxation by the pool or during a sauna session.



PARKING



The tree-lined garden of the villa is enclosed and has a parking space. Street parking is free.

Enjoy a peaceful location situated 2 km from the city centre, the Biarritz market halls and its restaurants. You will be able to reach the Grande Plage or the Biarritz Golf Course, which are 1.2 km from the villa.
