LIVING SPACE
The villa features a spacious living area bathed in natural light, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining room with a large table, ideal for convivial meals. The living room, adorned with designer furniture, opens onto a terrace offering panoramic views. A dedicated TV lounge, equipped with a sound system, offers additional space to enjoy moments of entertainment.
The villa's exterior is designed for relaxation, with a sunny terrace, a 12m heated infinity pool*, deckchairs and a large garden planted with trees offering breathtaking views of the famous mountain of La Rhune. A covered terrace with sofa, armchairs and barbecue is ideal for al fresco dining.
THE BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, a spacious suite with King Size double bed, dressing room, television, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet opens onto a soothing view of nature. A second bedroom with Queen Size double bed also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet for optimum comfort.
Upstairs, a third air-conditioned suite features an Extra King Size double bed, a private balcony with breathtaking mountain views, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and magnificent bathtub offering exceptional panoramic views.
