The House of the Rock is a charming cottage perched above the rooftops of the magnificent village of Cotignac, classified among The Most Beautiful Villages of France. It is the perfect getaway for wine lovers and for all those seeking a peaceful and picturesque setting, while remaining close to shops and restaurants.



Just 5 minutes walking from the Provençal village center of Cotignac - which hosts a weekly market all year round, antique fairs, concerts, and an outdoor cinema festival during the holiday season. The house is also only 40 minutes from Lake Sainte-Croix and the Verdon Gorges.



The house offers approximately 75m² of living space on two levels:



A ground floor room with its own adjoining bathroom (double bed 140 cm)

Two bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen-size bed 160 cm, the other with bunk beds 2x90 cm) sharing a bathroom.

The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor opens onto a cozy living room with a smart TV. A veranda extends the living space, perfect for meals with a view!



Several outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the Provençal lifestyle in your own way:



A covered terrace with a dining table, a barbecue, and an additional refrigerator

A solarium terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun

A small, more intimate terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of local rosé.

Exclusively for your use, a unique diving board style pool (approximately 3.2 m x 2.8 m) offers a refreshing place to relax during hot summer days.



Beyond wine tasting, guests can enjoy cycling through the vineyards, local cooking classes, cellar tours, and picturesque picnics.

The end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory; mid-stay cleaning is available upon request.

Linen rental is optional (includes 2 bath towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels, and pool towel).
