Agence Cocoonr offers you, Casita Do Mar, a one-storey cottage located very close to the port of Saint-Jacques in the commune of Sarzeau. This charming 50 m² house is ideally located close to the beach! It can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It has all the necessary comforts and is within walking distance of Saint-Jacques beach. It has free Wi-Fi access (fiber optics).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 with a double bed and the other with a pull-out bed.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate WC

The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you'll have access to a private outdoor parking space.
