The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Migennes. It has a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
