This beautiful air-conditioned house has a private entrance on the west side, opening onto a pleasant patio, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The first floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room. This opens onto an east-facing terrace, offering a magnificent view of the Port Grimaud canals and a boat mooring.
Upstairs, a canal-side double bedroom has its own shower room with WC. A second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and an extra bed, and a second shower room and WC.
Mooring : 12m x 4m + a shared pontoon
Internet access.
Parking space for one car.
Free Coches d'eau cards available.
Animals not accepted.
House linen is included in the price.
The departure cleaning is not included in the price (Contact the agency for more details).
Tourist tax not included: max. €6.05 per adult per night.
