This coastal charmer is perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway for two and offers access to a plethora of incredible shared amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, nine-hole golf course, tennis court, and its own beach on the beachside of the complex. Surprise your loved ones with a tasty, homemade meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances! The breakfast bar seats up to four people comfortably and you have a small balcony with a bistro table for two.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
