On the first level: - a living room with a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge - a balcony with outdoor furniture - a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - a separate toilet On the second level: - a bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be converted into a double bed and a desk - a bathroom Secure shared bike shed. Building built in 2017, with security and an intercom. Two reserved parking spaces in a private, overground parking lot. Welcome to this pleasant rental located in a small building in the heart of a charming village between Rennes (18 km) and Vitré (13 km). This apartment combines comfort and functionality in a welcoming atmosphere with tasteful decor. You'll find a spacious living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the lush surroundings. super week-end

week-end à Chateaubourg pour un mariage. très belle location au 1er et dernier étage dans un petit immeuble très calme à 5 minutes des commerces. tout était propre. les photos du site sont exactes. très bon accueil avec Aurélie. si l'occasion se représente nous y retournerons.

Très belle location

Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante. Un logement très propre et conforme à la description. Idéalement placé en plein centre de Châteaubourg, avec une terrasse avec une vue dégagée sur la ville. Ma famille a passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande
