Accommodation:
The studio is located in the "Les Jardins de la Mer" residence, a quiet condominium secured by an electric gate.

The studio features a bathroom with a toilet and a beautiful, fully equipped and functional kitchen.
On the sleeping area, you'll find two 80x190 cm single bunk beds and a 140x190 cm double bed in the hallway.

The shaded terrace is equipped with a dining table and several chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

Parking:
The apartment has a private parking space within the residence.

Amenities:
Washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, double ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, citrus juicer, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi, two 80 cm beds and one sofa bed. We also have a folding table with chairs, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, a hairdryer, dishes, and cutlery.

The surroundings:
Immediately find Les Lecques beach in Saint Cyr-sur-Mer, the largest beach in the seaside resort (1.4 km long). It stretches from the port of St-Cyr to the port of La Madrague in a pleasant bay facing La Ciotat. It features bars, restaurants, a sailing club, and jet ski [hidden] short, it's ideal for your vacation!

Bed linens and towels:
As an optional extra, upon request (€25 for a double bed kit or €20 for a single bed kit, and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small towel per person).
Blankets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
