New fully equipped house ideally located 350m from the village of Crozon, 1.2 km from the coastal path (tip of the menhir) and 1.5 km from the beach of Porzic and in the center of all the other wonders of the peninsula of Crozon.<br><br>The access to the village is flat, which makes it easy to get around, and the supermarkets are 2 minutes away by car<br>.<br>The district is lively with the various shops in the village as well as the markets.<br>The house is in a dead end so you can enjoy the quiet, there is also a private parking.<br><br>2 terraces complete the accommodation, one facing South and the second facing West to enjoy the sun throughout the day (4 deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture available)<br><br>The rooms are equipped with king size beds (160*200) so that everyone can find their comfort.<br><br>We look forward to seeing you very soon with great pleasure!!

Excellent séjour dans cette très agréable maison où il ne manquait rien, avec de plus, une excellente literie. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, proche de la plage et du centre de Crozon, tout en étant au calme.

Super süßer Bungalow, relativ neu, zentral gelegen. Gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und super zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung geben konnten.Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür und der Garten hinterm Bungalow war perfekt zum Abschalten und Lesen.

Wir haben uns als Familie in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Mathieu war herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – auch für die Kinder gab es Spiele und Bücher, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde unkompliziert eingegangen, und die vielen Tipps für die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank, Mathieu, für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Séjour parfait tant au niveau du bien proposé que de l'accueil. Maison très propre avec tout le confort conforme à la description, proche du bourg. Propriétaires charmants discrets et attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Des gourmandises nous attendaient à notre arrivée. A recommander sans hésiter.
