1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Located along the Deschutes river, this resort offers a truly marvelous stay in a great setting. Enjoy staying at the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor, only minutes from Bend where you will find a large array of shops, breweries, restaurants and many outdoor activities. This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4, with a queen murphy bed in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen and the patio offers easy access to hiking right outside your door.

This cozy condo has everything you need for your stay, including a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen to warm up and fuel up after your day in Bend or on the slopes.

As of January 1st, 2025 this is no longer a pet friendly unit. Existing reservations with pets (there are a few, I have them marked) will be honored. Any evidence of pet will result in a $250 fee and your VRBO account will be marked as bringing a pet to a non-pet unit.

The pools, hot tubs, sauna and fitness center are all open! Pools are open daily 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM year round, and the fitness center is available for use 24/7.

Only pressed wood (i.e. Duraflame) can be used in the fireplace, these can be purchased at the front desk.

Seventh Mountain offers guests access to 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, a fitness center, picnic areas, sand volleyball, mini-golf, disc golf, tennis courts, pickleball courts a restaurant on-site and more!

Regardless of when your rent please know that this condo will always be clean, the beds will be comfortable and we work hard to provide everything you need.

I'm not local, but am only a phone call or e-mail away! Check-in is handled at the Seventh Mountain front desk. There is on-site maintenance that will take care of any issues with heat, air, cable or WiFi.

Super Ski Condo

We spent 2 nights and had a relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with basics to cook our meals and location perfect for accessing Mt Bachelor.

Great location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was perfect in every way! Close to Bend and close to Mt Bachelor. The pools are warm and wonderful. Great hiking trails so close. The bed was super comfortable. We will be back!

Happy place

We loved the amenities and accessibility. Our kiddo felt like he had independence and we were comfortable with letting him explore. Trails were an easy pedal and we loved coming back to the pool(s)!

We are 70 plus year olds with great grandchildren ages 5 and 7. More room would have been nice. LOL however, the boys loved the kiddie pool and nearby attractions like high desert museum. It was nice place to unwind after busy day. Boy's last name is Murphy so excited that you named the bed just for them. Thank you for a nice memorable vacation.

Todd was FANTASTIC! Would recommend booking with him because of his fantastic customer service!!!!

Beautiful property with a lot to do. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman with Choo Choo (sp?) what a kind and caring man!

Roller Hockey Weekend

It was as expected and nothing to complain about. Murphy bed was even comfortable. Pools were great. Mini golf a nice bonus. Condo had everything we needed. Will be back.

Perfect Everything!

This is the second time we have stayed at this unit. It has everything and is located in an excellent spot. If you have littles this unit is perfect for space and safety. The layout is excellent for two couples also. We brought a small pop up fence for our dog to hang out on the back patio and he loved it. The resort has everything you need for fun and great hiking trails behind the resort. We will definitely book this unit again.

Mountain Retreat

We had a good stay at Todd's place in Seventh Mountain. The resort is in an ideal location near biking, dog walking and hiking trails. It's a busy complex and some noise is expected from neighbors coming and going. We had a couple of keycard issues but they were straightened out at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay at Seventh Mountain Worldmark. The condo is small but cozy and comfortable for two people. The patio is on the main floor and looks out to beautiful pine trees. We loved hiking on the trail that goes along the Deschutes River. There were a lot of kids in all three pools the first few days, so it was hard to enjoy the "adult" pool, but eventually we found a quiet day. The food at the bar and grill was not bad. The grass in the main areas is beautiful, even at the end of August. We would love to stay there again.

Get away

The drive in to the resort is beautiful! We went to take care of some family stuff and to have a relaxing fun vacation. It is so beautiful the view from the room is amazing!! I was walking out the back door and a deer walked right next to us!! The kids had a good time in all 3 of the pools! In the evening we were able to watch a family movie on Netflix which was provided with the room. It was clean and most kitchen items were provided. It was a great experience!

Jackpot!

We needed a place to stay that was dog friendly. Our neighborhood LOVES fireworks but not our dog. So we decided to rent a place we knew wouldn’t be loud. Jackpot! There was plenty for us to do the entire week. Close to everything in Bend but not the craziness of Sunriver. Families with littles would love this unit and the resort. It have walking trails, bike riding for all ages. An amazing pool area. Excellent restaurant and a fun miniature golf course. If I were traveling alone this resort felt safe. The unit itself had everything. It was clean and comfortable. Sweet view from the back patio. The owners have thought it through. I’m writing a lengthy review because I rely on details from other reviews. To sum it up, I would stay here again. :)

Wonderful Place

We’ve stayed at the Inn a few times through VRBO and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Great size, clean and location! Felt like home.,Communication with owner was phenomenal. I think that Is key…at least for me. We will definitely return to this unit.

Growing up in Nebraska, I was always mesmerized by the west and knew I wanted to venture to the ‘Left Coast’ someday. After moving to the Bay Area in 2000, my wife and I were ready for a slower pace and less hectic lifestyle, so we moved to the Seattle area in 2007 (yes, it was slower back then!) with our 2-year-old daughter and soon to be born son. We visited Bend several times throughout the years and loved the town and everything about the area more with each visit. After a 2019 trip in which we stayed at Seventh Mountain, we started looking at property to spend even more time here. Those plans were put on hold in late 2019 when life got in the way. After a grim diagnosis and a fierce battle against cancer, the kids and I lost an incredible mom, wife, friend and hero. Coming out of that, I knew I wanted to spend as much time as possible with the people I love, in places I love. Although still in the Seattle area, we make it to Seventh Mountain as often as possible. When we’re not using the condo, we’re fortunate enough to share it with you. I hope you love Bend as much as we do, and your trip brings you laughs, joy, and an appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us. Life is a gift, carpe diem. Cheers, Todd, Piper, Finn & Chewie

We chose Seventh Mountain for the amazing location and amenities. In the winter time, we're the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor and with the Deschutes National Forest as our backyard, we're always a few steps away from great hiking and mountain biking while being less than 10 minutes from town.

In addition to the amazing location, the year round heated pools, hot tubs along with disc golf, tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, fitness center and on-site restaurant made this condo perfect for everything we wanted.
