The condo is in great shape, well stocked in kitchen pots, pans and utensils. Paper products were available . I was there for a month. Mid stay they offered a cleaning of the condo at their cost. Located on the bottom floor was a plus. Christina is the manager. She was always available, easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall a wonderful experience!!! I'll be back for another couple weeks. I highly recommend!!Cheers!!

We love this property! This is our second time staying here. The location of the property is awesome. The layout is excellent and well stocked. There is sooooo much to do at the resort for couples and families. The pool, put put golf, hiking and rafting. We can’t say enough about the resort. We plan to return again next year. P.S. Our dog loves it too!

Wonderful place to stay for all your all your outdoor adventures! Great biking / hiking in area, that is accessible just out the front door! Condo was very cozy and clean, with everything you need to relax after a long day of outdoor fun! And the property has 3 hot tubs and a sauna to ease your achy muscles. Easiest check in and check out process, and the host was very communicative. We also got to bring along our dog, and there were food dishes and snacks there waiting for him! It was the prefect place for my husband’s birthday weekend getaway. Would highly recommend!!!

Thank you for your feedback Cliff. We loved having you as our guests and we were glad the noise situation with the kids upstairs was dealt with quickly. Quiet hours at the resort begin at ten and we try very hard to enforce that. We hope to see you again soon!

This condo is our home away from home. We’ve been visiting Bend for 30 years and finally have a place where we can enjoy the summer and winter activities more often. We love sharing it with people because the location can’t be beat. It’s perfect for families, dogs and romantic getaways. We keep it cozy with nearly every necessity at our fingertips. And for special occasions and holidays we treat our guests with wine and chocolate. Well, chocolate always…!
Be our guest and we happily welcome you to our home!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The best part of this location is :
Winter: when heading down from the mountain, just as you can sense cars are slowing due to traffic into town, you turn right and are already home!
All other seasons: away from the brewery crowd and the old mill district concerts, it’s actually only 7 minutes away if you want to join in the fun.
Hikes: no need to drive - trails along the Deshutes river is right there out the back door.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are unique in how we treat our guests. House has everything you need, quick guest service responses, great price, and beautiful, comfortable rooms. We supply welcome spirits and drinks, Tazo teas and dairy and non- dairy hot chocolate: popcorn and Ghirardelli chocolates. We are close to the main lobby and the pool but out of hearing distance from any recreational noise.
