Our newly remodeled condo located at the 7th Mountain Resort is the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor! Relax and unwind in this gorgeous condo while enjoying the wood fireplace, a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, memory foam beds and updated kitchen.

Central Oregon appeals to a variety of guests. Bend welcomes the families, foodies, mountain adventures, lake explorers, golfers, shoppers, music enthusiasts, beer drinkers, skiers and more! This location is ideal for a day of exploring in the Deschutes National Forest or a day floating the Deschutes River. Experience Bend for yourself and allow us to create the perfect landing pad for you to relax at during your next vacation.

As our guest, you have full access to the all the conveniences of the 7th Mountain Resort. Resort amenities include two heated outdoor pools, children's pool, three hot tubs, two fire pits, mini golf, fitness center and a BBQ area. 7th Mountain Resort is your gateway to all activities in Bend! Want to go ice skating? whitewater rafting? Skiing? Hiking? Bike riding? All these activities are available right out your door! Wintertime brings an on-site ice-skating rink, while warm weather means whitewater rafting and stables for horseback riding. Shuttle service to Mt. Bachelor is available for a fee during ski season. Shuttle service runs Saturday and Sunday only, with additional dates for special holidays and events. Schedule subject to change, inquire at check-in. Hot waxing for skis and snowboards is available for a fee.

Nice top floor unit

Always love staying at the Inn / 7th. This unit is a top floor unit with a king size bed and well apportioned kitchen. Perfect for long weekend trip.

Post-school getaway

We only had a few days but were able to optimize our time by being so close to golf, bike trials and the mountain lakes. Location is great; very close to Bend proper as well. Condo had everything we needed; Murphy bed worked great for my son, kitchen well stocked and overall condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Great location, cozy digs... just check for construction!

The place was perfect for three, with a lovely view and quiet location. Nicely remodeled. Comfy king bed. Close to trails and pool! Be sure to check in with the 7th Mt resort regarding construction on the property. Our neighbor had their power cut for a day and we lost water during THE critical hours of the morning :( They were responsive but had to track down the crew to resolve the issue. NOT the hosts fault.

Beds were awful!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort itself is beautiful. The room was really nice but the sleeping accommodations are absolutely the worst I have ever slept on. PLEASE lay on the Murphy bed and feel for yourself.There is no support in the middle of the frame, so the mattress has no support, and it folds itself up like a taco. If it had a piece of plywood or a board from one end to the other or something, that would solve the issue. The master bed also dipped in the middle, I didn't get a chance to look it over but the other couple said it dipped in the middle as well. When we first got to the property, we were not able to get into the room because the battery to the fob was dead. I had to go look for the maintenance crew myself.

Great stay!!

Loved staying here for a getaway in the summer. The pools are nearby and clean and well maintained. Check in was easy, and we were even able to check in early. Unit itself was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with all the essentials. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was just 10 minutes away from the river wave and a short jaunt away from all of the downtown restaurants and happenings. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained. Cozy condo

The condo was clean and met our need for the weekend. As a family of 5, once it was set-up to sleep 6 it was tight. The property has a lot of amenities that are well maintained and something for everyone. Location was very convenient to the attractions on the west side of Bend.

This place is great!

Top floor, super quiet and relaxing! The master bed was so comfy and the sheets were amazing. Super nice to have two bathrooms when returning from rafting/pools. The condo had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We would stay here again any day with all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, mini golf, frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball and a little pump track for kids. Thanks for the great stay.

Awesome newly renovated unit with many extras!

The clean and new kitchen was supplied with many extra cooking utensils and even cooking supplies, if you needed them. They also had a cupboard of games, dvd’s, books, laundry soap, first side kit and supplies you just don’t find in the standard condo. We felt so comfortable here.

Close to Mt Bachelor

This place is very convenient to Mount Bachelor. The condo is smaller than what was on the photograph. There was only 3 of us who are average size or smaller but we kept bumping into each other in the living room and the bedroom. If you are a couple it will be plenty of room. It was tight to maneuver my snowboarding bag in the house and it is on the 3rd floor. My bag was super heavy so it was hard to pull it to the 3 rd floor. The fire place had one duralog in it and that was it and the master bathroom sink is in the room not in the bathroom. Strange. The place is super clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was weak. I read a lot of reviews about the bed being comfortable but my friend and I had a hard time sleeping in it. Everything is close due to covid except the ice skating rink and the bars on the property. The bbq I thought was on the balcony but it is on the outside grounds that requires coal which you need to purchase. They do have options of getting your grocery delivered for $45 but we didn’t utilize it. Overall the place is clean, super convenient to the mountain and the response time with the staff is great.

Family ski getaway

Though the pools and hot tubs were closed for COVID, my family still had plenty to do while at 7th Mountain Resort. The condo was a nice place to come back to after a day of skiing or hiking along the river trail behind the resort. Great place to get away.

Comfy condo

We had a great time staying in the condo. It is in a great location near the Mtn. And snow activities and a short drive to town. The condo was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great location

Location is ideal, close to Mt Bachelor and Bend. The unit was clean and quaint. While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few things to point out. The exterior of the unit is under construction and we had to navigate building supplies. The sink in the master needs some attention as it did not drain and was not usable. There is a fireplace but it is just for looks.
