This property is located on the waters edge and has great outdoor seating areas and an outdoor fire place. This location has water year round as it is on the main channel. You can wake up, put your swimsuit on and walk out the door and you are able to swim and sunbathe off of the dock. Use of the Dock and swimming is welcome. The boat lift is no longer offered and is not allowed to be use to store boats, jet ski's, watercraft, etc.

Great for Fall/Winter time views and coffee on the porch with your significant other. Awesome night time opportunity to sit at the fire place next to the water and cook hotdogs, smore's and create memories with family and friends.

Downtown Hot Springs has shopping, spa/massage treatments, hiking trails, biking trails Oaklawn Racing and Casino and much more all available within 15 minutes. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls theme park is less than 20 minutes away. Miniature Golf and gaming is within 5 minutes.
