Great Location

Nice house in a good location. Really nice touch having plenty of towels blankets soaps shampoo coffee guide books and a parking pass.

Awesome Place!!

Incredible property to stay at. Everything was super clean and supplied with anything you may need. Inside and outside this place has so much to offer for a very comfortable stay. Awesome Home in Sedona

I gave this home all five's, and if they allowed it, would have given it all 10's!! Great location, super clean, beautifully decorated, cool outdoor space. This home has it all. If I ever get back to Sedona, I will not stay anywhere else!

More than we could of hoped for.

The location on the house was great. Being located in West Sedona kept us away for the tourist trap of downtown and close to hikes we were looking to do. The house itself was clean and had everything we were looking for. The outdoor patio was fantastic.

Wonderful place!

My family and our two dogs were very at home here. The home has everything you might need for an extended stay. The backyard is peaceful and very well maintained. The location is great: close to grocery stores and restaurants. While very close to the highway, it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Dog owners caveat: the yard is not completely fenced in as stated in the description. There are gaps in the fencing where your dog could easily escape. We kept ours on a leash while outside.

Private oasis

We had a great relaxing time! Cooked all of our meals at the house and ate them on the patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, gadgets, coffee, spices, tupperware, etc. The patio/courtyard is a great private space with lots of seating areas. The gas grill was so clean that it looked like it had never been used before. It was nice having a smart TV in each bedroom. A great place to stay overall! I would definitely recommend, and I will return in the future. Thanks for the welcome bag of goodies!

Home Away from Home

This property has the best set-up I have experienced for a vacation rental. The company that runs the rental has implemented small, but important, details that make it easier to quickly settle into the home. For example, there are labels on the switches and signs where you need to be mindful of use. The home is not close to the main pedestrian area of Sedona, but that is not the draw. The main attractions all require a drive. The grounds are well-kept with lots of birds around. You will hear the main road during the day, but the noise is not significant and it is quiet at night. The home is also nicely renovated and decorated without clutter. It strikes the right balance between feeling homey without feeling like you are actually in someone’s home. It is also larger than I expected. We only had three people, but I think double that could fit comfortably.

Great rental

What a great property. It was clean, inviting and had everything we needed for our family to get away for the weekend. The master suite is huge and both bedrooms large. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, the home and yard is wonderful. I’d stay here every time we come to Sedona if it’s available.

Great Sedona Property

Property was exactly as described, and was even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The neighborhood and location of the was great and convenient to stores, restaurants and the activities we were doing. The home felt very clean. The beds were all comfortable. The master shower was fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Central Location

Home is exactly as represented in listing. Beautiful, plenty of space and right off of 89 without being loud. We found this place after booking another place that was misrepresented online and were actually glad about how it worked out since this property was so nice! We had one minor issue during our stay but it was rectified immediately. Five stars!

Nice Sedona Vacation

The house is very clean and includes all necessary items that we need. The outdoors space is very cute. The location is closed to lots of places but away from the traffics of downtown/uptown. Three couples spent four nights/three days at Sedona. We spent first half of day hiking and 2nd half of day rest in the house. The property provided enough spaces for us and feel very comfortable.

Comfy, cozy, charming & well appointed.

We really appreciated the space, so tastefully appointed with plush bedding and linens, candles and diffusers that gave such a glow to the home. We noticed all the little touched that made our stay fabulous. Just a few suggestions: some comfy throws on the sofas and ends of the beds would be a nice touch. It would be helpful to put some tape that you can see at night on the step leading into the house. Nightlights would also be a plus. The pantry could use some staples such as filled salt and pepper shakers, PAM, teabags, and Saran Wrap and or baggies. If that is not possible, perhaps add a note to guests to plan to bring these things. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Overall good

Over all good stuff other then restroom back up issue on first day and they fixed next day evening. Good location and neighborhood.
