Your apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence with elevator, offers all on one level: On the 2nd floor: Entrance hall with closet, living room opening onto a balcony-terrace with a beautiful sea view, fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom with sea view (1 double bed) opening onto a terrace, laundry room, bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), another bathroom (toilet and vanity), and a bedroom with access to a terrace at the rear of the residence (1 single bed). INTERNET INSTALLATION END OF MAY 2025. 9.95 m² terrace on the front, sea side, facing south, with a plancha grill. And a second terrace of 6.50 m² at the rear. Parking in a covered parking lot on the ground floor of the residence. Facing the large beach in the center of Erquy and just a stone's throw from the port, this spacious and comfortable apartment is ideal for a seaside stay with family or friends. Take the elevator, cross the road, and then all you have to do is lay your towel on the fine sand! Everything is within walking distance: swimming, strolls around the port, the Saturday morning market, or relaxing on the terraces with the sound of the waves in the background. The best thing about this apartment? Its two beautiful private terraces, one of which has a panoramic sea view, perfect for breakfast... On a clear day, you can even see the large beach of St-Pabu, ideal for sand yachting. On the port, you can rent sea kayaks and paddleboards. 300 m from the residence, you can take a wooden staircase with 225 steps that will take you to the superb site of Lacs Bleus (a former quarry) before reaching the tip of Cap d'Erquy: a breathtaking walk! 18 km from Cap Fréhel. On the beach in the center of Erquy, luxury apartment for 6 people with breathtaking sea view!

Très belle location avec une vue imprenable sur Erquy, le port... Le matériel est de qualité; l'accueil excellent. Les photos sont fidèles, bien équipé, calme ; balcon large .sur le devant et balcon arrière plus au froid.
