Perfectly located close to airport. The free shuttle service was excellent. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described. The area is relatively quiet for a good nights rest.

Great for pets. Check out the San Fernando Chicken place - excellent. Hey its the Red Roof Inn - no frills but hot water for showering and a comfy bed is all we needed.

気になった点 : 清潔度
When I got into my room, I noticed the carpet has several big black stains on it and looked very dirty. I was not comfortable taking off my shoes and walking barefoot on that carpet. I went downstairs and requested another room. The front desk agent was polite and apologized that I was placed in a dirty room and assigned me another room. The carpet was cleaner but overall, the rooms need to have their carpets cleaned more often than it appears it is happening now. Also, the toilet backed up and we couldn’t flush it.Decent location.

Workers opened our door, turned on the lights, and left at 1:30am Felt super unsafe and scared my children and had to leave a day early. Do not recommend.

Perfectly decent hotel. Nothing fancy, but great if you're going to be out and about all day and need somewhere to lay your head at night. Wish they had mini fridges in the room, but that was my fault for not double checking the listing.

Accommodations were okay and great proximity with shuttle to the airport.Parking signs indicate no liability for theft which made us feel the vehicle was slightly unsafe in this area. I had to call to double check the location as there was no mention this was the Red Roof Inn otherwise on the VRBO discription, but all turned out fine.

Surprised that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Our room was not serviced for our second day, had no coffee or fresh towels.

Very filthy and stingy at the lobby. Cant imagine how the room will be. I just left before checking in (even though it paid for already) because the smelly of smoking has made my son sicked right away.

Instructions left with front desk for late arrival person, yet she was sent to wrong room with a new key. This was inconceivable. When checking out, front desk couldn’t quite figure out how to use computer.

No thank you. I’m not sure what room you got here to give it a good rating. This place is gross. Can’t wait to leave. First we were sent to a dirty unmade room only to find the next room not much better. They didn’t validate our parking so I had to go back at check out to fix it. If I wasn’t so tired I’d drive home tonight and forgo having to stay.
