Bright, quiet, & comfortable fully appointed 1 bedroom queen apartment in our 1900 Victorian house located in the historic Stuart Neighborhood of Kalamazoo. Fully appointed for your comfort. Equipped with central air, high speed wifi, and premium streaming services. Private balcony space and access to shared back patio area.
Walking distance to K College, Western Michigan University, Waldo Stadium, Bell's Brewery, the train station, and downtown eateries, shopping, and events.
For traveling health care workers, we are within a few miles of both Bronson and Borgess hospitals and all that Kalamazoo has to offer!
Kalamazoo is centrally located allowing for lovely day trips to West Michigan beaches and winter snow sports although you may decide not to travel as there is so much to do in town. Plenty of off street parking. Back patio. Basement laundry.

A California girl who ended up in Michigan. I love to travel both close to home and to far flung areas. I began hosting with VRBO in 2011 with a home in Florida that we no longer own. After a five year hiatus, I listed an apartment in our historic home in Kalamazoo, MI and have enjoyed reconnecting with the VRBO community!
