On the 1st and top floor of this intimate residence, you will find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa bed for 2 people. This space provides access to a terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with the family!

On the mezzanine level, you have a bedroom upstairs, equipped with two single beds (90 cm). A closet provides storage space for your belongings.

You will also find a charming bathroom equipped with a shower and a single sink. The toilet is separate.

Parking:
You can park your vehicle in a private space.

Amenities:
The apartment has a washing machine and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious summer meals. There's also a filter coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a toaster, a bread cutting board, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
