Enjoy incredible ocean views from this charming, two-story, family-friendly home in Gold Beach. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped island kitchen with loads of countertop prep space as well as an adjacent dining table for eight. Meet up in the living area and stream your favorite channels on the TV, or make your way up to the loft game room and bring some of the provided board games to the poker table. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary internet access, and multiple desks and chairs in the bedrooms for remote work or schooling.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous, spacious home - large enough for 3 generations of family. Great library and game table upstairs and a comfy TV room downstairs. Beautiful touches in the downstairs master bath, like the stained glass in the entryway and the floor tile in front of the bathtub. Wish we could have stayed another week!

Wonderful location for a beach stay

This house was really great. Really big, with 3 large bedrooms with their own bathroom and a smaller bedroom for kids with a bed and bunks. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. Nice entertainment center with access to most streaming channels. No immediate access to beach, but good ocean views from all upper windows.

This house was such a great find. There were 4 adults and a dog in our group - but it could have accommodated more. There were 3 big bedrooms with their own bath and a smaller kids room with a double bed and bunks. There was a huge, well organized library and game table that made for fun evenings. The entertainment center was great - with access to most streaming channels. And the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking great meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Friendly and Great Location

Spacious, clean and comfortable place with family fun activities (movie, books, and games). Great location between Bandon and Brookings. Driving minutes from Gold Beach center and beach access.

House was clean inside, windows were dirty that you could not see outside. Outdoor railing was dirty with algae, back deck was in need of some repair and backyard grass had weeds with thorns growing around it. Also in downstairs bathroom was a bowel under sink with water and mold.

I WANT THIS HOUSE!

I fell absolutely in love with this house. The views off decks in upstairs bedroom are to die for! The house is very clean, very big especially for mixes of family and friends. I immediately felt comfortable. The only one issues was 1 TV in entire house, I loved that not so much teenage girls. Also, closest thing to a city is 45 min drive. But you still WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

A room for each of us - 5 bedrooms! Spacious, great ocean view. My nieces daughter was thrilled with the big library. My guests used the washer/dryer both days after playing on the beach. A lovely elegant beach retreat.

Nice retreat

Great place with amazing views from upstairs. Can be a bit windy. Home is beautiful with lots of space, beach access is 1.3 miles north. No bbq.

Absolutely beautiful

It was an amazing place. We did lose power on day 2 but we had dinner by candlelight. Would definitely go again. Bring kitchen garbage bags and dishwasher detergent and laundry soap.

Family retreat

Great place, roomy, well appointed kitchen. Game and reading area nice touch. Variety of ocean views in back of home and deep in the backyard beyond bushes there is a point to sit or stand and soak in the vast Nesika Beach. Public beach access to that beach is about one mile north of property and nice walking beach uncrowded. Had a lovely visit to Southern Oregon. Jerry’s Jet Boat experience was a highlight for our family.

Amazing house

We had an amazing time with our adult children at this property. The house was clean and the library was absolutely incredible - all the classics and then some! Very beautiful home with all the extras. Board games, plenty of blankets, comfortable beds, even a hotel-style waffle maker...we hope to be back. The walk to the beach was about a mile and we had great weather. I can't say enough about our wonderful time. Thank you for making it available!
