This spectacular condo is located in the heart of West Maui at the prestigious Honua Kai Resort.
Watch sunsets with your loved ones at one of the many seating areas along the wrap around shared lanai and truly experience the meaning of paradise! The entire 1320 sf unit is updated with gorgeous furniture pieces, truly unlike any other offering at Honua Kai. Wood-like tile flooring is found throughout the entire condo (including baths), as well as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Perfect placement to watch the horizon as you entertain from almost anywhere inside. Oversized undivided lanai features spectacular glass doors from the living room with king size sofa bed, bedroom, and kitchen. Exquisitely unique indoor/outdoor setting is truly Honua Kai “at its best”. Bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and, with the addition of a king size sofa bed, it sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo includes two bathrooms, a washer & dryer, free wi-fi and parking.

*Resort Amenities are temporarily closed. This includes but is not limited to: pool, spa, fitness center, BBQ areas, gift shops, restaurants.

Prime, upscale location offers a vast variety of amazing things to do and experience on Maui. There are 5 star restaurants, championship golfing, luxury shopping, and world class white sand beaches and crystal blue water as far as the eye can see.

Honua Kai resort has 5 pools (with water slide), 5 hot tubs, a fitness center, spa and additional pool and hot tubs at the new Luana Villas (on the property). The resort also features Aina Gourmet Market and Duke's Restaurant, - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning fees for violating this rule is strictly enforced.

For your health and safety, we use Professional Cleaning Companies and follow CDC guidelines for sanitation practices and products.

*The Honua Kai Resort is currently undertaking a painting project. Operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Construction workers may use the public pathway on the lanai space. The Resort has not provided a time frame of completion. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the Painting Project at the Honua Kai.

Location of the condo was great! We did have a few people wander into our part of the lanai which was a bit odd in the mornings but not a huge deal. The place is spacious and was wonderful for us and our three kids!

Amazing!!! Our family had such a great stay. Never have to leave the resort, has everything you need right there. Great view, great beach, great snorkeling, great restaurants, great pools easy walk to food trucks and right on the beach. This was my families 2nd time at Honua Kai and it didn't disappoint. Hope to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! The location of the condo and the ocean view were perfect. My only critique would be the lighting in the rooms, which were pretty dark. And the kitchen needed a few items like pot holders and a flat cooking sheet. Otherwise our stay was amazing! We’d definitely come back here again.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Traveled there with my husband, two young kids, and our au pair. We had everything we needed to cook some meals, the location was great, and the place was clean and easy to access! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Outstanding Maui Condo

From check-in to check-out, our stay was perfect and seamless. We were a family of six (4 adults, 2 small children) and found the condo well stocked with necessities and the shared lanai was amazing. We have stayed at Honua Kai several times in the past and found this condo to be exceptional. We shopped at Times grocery store which is within walking distance, dined at Dukes frequently and loved that the beach is so close. The beach chairs in the condo were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and experienced a memorable and fantastic stay.

Just as it was pictured. We could see whales from our Lanai. You wouldn't know that it's a shared lanai! We loved it. Parking was great in covered garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looooved this place! It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a weeks stay with the perfect view! The balcony is technically shared by the others on the floor but nobody ever came into our area so it didn’t bother us. We left our sliding doors open daily! The weather was perfect and the location was perfect! Easy check in and out instructions, quick response from epic to any of our questions. Overall GREAT stay!

Amazing Maui Vacay!

We had the most wonderful time. The condo was incredible! Super clean and exactly what we were hoping for. The views from the lanai were spectacular and we spent many mornings enjoying the view as we ate breakfast, and many nights watching the skyline as the sun set. The staff was great! Responding quickly to all of our needs and questions. Couldn’t have been more helpful. We will most definitely return and will stay here again.

Great location, beautiful property

First time to Maui and this property was amazing. We visited with another couple and the condo was perfect for us. Beds are comfortable, as is all the furniture. Nicely decorated and the lanai was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and pools. Duke's has great food and the bar staff was excellent. We had a massage at the spa and again, great staff and services. Super easy check-in and out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was an incredible condo for two couples or a family. Lovely living area that opened into a very large outdoor patio. Great for outdoor dinners and hanging out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful room with large Lanai!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were nervous about the shared Lanai but it absolutely is not an issue. Just gives you so much extra space. Family of 5 stayed comfortably and are already planning to book again in the future. Dayna at Epic was so helpful extending our stay and bringing us a new cooler when the one in the room was broken. Thank you for a great family vacation!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

The property and condo were great. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. Stocked with all the essentials for a week at the beach. Pool and amenities were fantastic, particularly for families with you kids. The huge terrace was a fantastic place for morning coffee or dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous!!

Great property! Even better than expected from the listing! Amazing sunsets and beautiful landscaping. Being able to get drinks and food from Dukes was a big plus. We had an issue with our washing machine and property manager was very attentive and it was fixed promptly. We would absolutely go back!!
