The main LIVING AREA is located on the second level of the home and is wide open to the dining and kitchen spaces. This allows for easy conversation and effortless socialization for large groups and brings a lovely flow to the space. In the living area, a spacious leather sectional sofa and two plush armchairs provide plenty of seating for everyone to gather together around the fireplace or watch a classic movie on the HDTV. Two walls of windows frame the spectacular views of the mountain ridges that surround the town.

Next to the living area, a formal DINING TABLE has seating for eight people and a large kitchen island has additional seating for four more. The beautifully designed KITCHEN includes gray wash cabinets, bright white quartz countertops, a paneled front refrigerator, and a large Wolf gas range that's topped with a beautiful vent hood. There’s a TERRACE located through a glass door, and downstairs from the kitchen is a secondary living area/media room that's a great alternative place to relax and kick back with a cocktail.

San Juan 104 at Transfer features three private bedroom suites that allow everyone in your group to find some peace and quiet. The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE includes a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub step-in shower, and double vanity. The next bedroom is like a SECONDARY SUITE and also has a king-size bed and attached bathroom. The final GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds and access to another full bathroom. There's also a full-size LAUNDRY ROOM.

Located on San Juan Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Telluride this contemporary condominium puts you front and center to everything you came to Colorado to enjoy. You'll never be more than steps away from all the dining and shopping in town as well as being close to the gondola for a trip up to Mountain Village. There are also plenty of world-class ski slopes, gorgeous hiking paths, and exciting mountain biking trails to explore nearby.
