Gorgeous mountain home with lovely open rooms and expansive views of East Vail waterfalls. Large windows to relax and enjoy the mountain life. Spacious rooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Sit and make memories with your family or go adventuring in the great outdoors. Tons of outdoor activities near by including Vail Golf Course, cross-country skiing, down-hill skiing, snowboarding, sledding hills and hiking all around you. Short drive to town or Vail bus stop. Relax in front of our fireplace and enjoy our widescreen television. Enjoy the jetted tub in the master bathroom after a day on the slopes. Apre on the deck with our grill and take in the views.
We welcome you into our extensively remodeled 3-bedroom/2.5-bath half-duplex with a 1-car garage. Expansive surrounding mountain views of Gore Range, waterfalls and Vail Mountain. South-facing sunny exposure. With convenient access to Vail Village via the bike path, you are also just a short stroll away from Booth Creek Park, Town of Vail free bus stop, and only five minutes from world-class skiing and Vail Village. With National Forest just out your front door there are endless hiking trails.

We work in the non-profit sector and we are thankful to be raising our boys in the fresh mountain air. We like to hike, ski/snowboard, cross country ski, bike to town and mountain bike, climb 14ers and visit the ocean annually.

We are biased... we love our home. It feels amazing to walk in the door after a long day to cook in the kitchen, play games at the table, chill in front of the flat-screen TV and enjoy the pellet fireplace. We also have the most amazing master bathroom with a jetted tub and a fancy shower. During the day our home is flooded with natural light and the space feels open and airy. Each bedroom is large and the closets will be stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. We have tons of books for you to read while you are here and lots of family games to play. We also have a wine fridge so you can keep your vino chilled to perfection.

We live in East Vail on a quiet dead-end road. Our location is idyllic with lots of trees and open-space. We love spending time on our deck grilling food and enjoy the scenery. If you like to cook we have a full kitchen stocked with spices, hot cocoa and utensils. We also have a decadent wine fridge!
