We propose you to rent, in Morzine, this charming chalet luxuriously renovated in a chic and contemporary spirit with jacuzzi and sauna, of a surface of 300 m² and which can welcome up to 12 travelers. Facing south, the chalet is flooded with light from sunrise to sunset and offers a spectacular view of Morzine and its domain. It is composed of a nice living room of 120 m² (with fireplace), open fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of about 200 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you !

- Chamossière room: suite with a 180 cm double bed, folding TV, dressing room, adjoining bathroom with shower, single sink, WC. Access to terrace, sauna and spa with panoramic view

- Wine cellar : The cellar of the chalet offers you its wine and champagne list, to taste or to accompany your meals (not included in the rent)
- A terrace of 70 m² with deckchairs and brazier

- Panoramic Sauna: Its panoramic bubble offers a breathtaking view of the resort. Up to 6 people can relax

The chalet is ideally located in Morzine, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the shops of the resort of Morzine at 10 minutes.

Activities :
- In winter : skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, sledding, snow scooter, indoor ice rink...
- In summer : mountain bike lifts on the biggest tracks in Europe, hiking trails between 10 and 15 mn from the chalet by car or bus (20 mn by foot to Morzine), horse riding, adventure park, tree climbing, summer sledging, canyoning, tennis, paragliding, 18-hole golf course in Les Gets and 9-hole golf course in Avoriaz, visits to the Morzine fruit orchard, Montriond lake.... Do not hesitate to visit the tourist office for more information.
- Events : Tour de France, Harley Days (4 days on July 14th), Mont Blanc rally...

If you choose to come by car, there are two possibilities:

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Free bus in season, station at the entrance of the chalet
- Nearest train station : Cluses or Thonon-Les-Bains stations located at about 40 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 1h20 by car.

- Travelling : Cab to the airport and train stations, car rental
- Meals & Gastronomy : Restaurant reservation, meal delivery, organization of meals on site with a chef
- Wine cellar : A wine list of the greatest regions of France is proposed for a tasting or to accompany your meals
- Skiing : Reservation of lessons, purchase of ski passes, equipment rental
