IN THE WINTER:
Easy access to Boyneland, night skiing, and NO hills to hike up!
This first floor 3 bedroom Villa Condo at the base of Boyne Mountain with 6 beds and is close to all the northern Michigan favorites including Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Boyne City.

Stay right on Boyne property near the Boyneland lift in this wonderful condo. Enjoy taking a ski break and sitting by the fire or eating a bowl of chili. A full kitchen offers the option to cook your favorite meals or warm soup in a crock pot. Relax by your own fireplace enjoy a priceless time with family and friends.

The highlight is this location stands out for joining in the nighttime skiing fun. While the cabins, disciples, and other locations close at 4, the villas offer the best access to later afternoon and evening skiing throughout the season. This gives everyone in your party the flexibility to ski when they want.

As a first floor property with no stairs to climb families will enjoy easy access to helping kids jump on the slopes. Enjoy an easy walk to dropping off the kids for their ski lessons, Avalanche Bay, the Mountain Grand Lodge, or Forty Acres for an evening night cap.

With kids and grandparents this condo provides plenty of room for a true vacation. Everyone has enough place to relax and ski. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet up on the hill.

Perfect summer base for exploring northern Michigan. 5 minutes to Deer Lake, 10 minutes to Lake Charlevoix, 20 minutes to Petoskey, 30 minutes to Charlevoix, 55 minutes to the bridge. Enjoy the area and come back to a condo with New Central Air and rooms for everyone for a good nights sleep. Explore the Boyne Mountain Resort with golf, zip line adventures, Sky Bridge, Deer Lake, pool on property, several restaurants, and a HUGE waterpark - Avalanche Bay. There is something for everyone at Boyne Mountain.

This is a perfect base for your summer travels. Only 10 minutes from Lake Charlevoix. On the back of the mountain is Deer Lake with dining, a tiki bar, and canoes for rentals and an award winning golf course. Perfect for our adult family of five weekend. Main living area was just the right size for our group. Beds and furniture were clean & comfy. We loved the fireplace and hanger to dry things in front of it. We hit the fall colors perfectly. Enjoyed the outside hot tub, pool and spa at the resort. Food at the Trophy Room and Forty Acres was delicious (but expensive). Some enjoyed the golf course and mounrain bike trails. Manager Mary was quick to answer all our question. We'll be back for sure! Lori & Mark.

We were very impressed with the condo. The amenities were plentiful and well thought out. Everything was top notch! The condo was clean and had quality linens and towels / washcloths. All the activities we participated in were all within walking distances (and we did a lot in two days!!)

From start to finish, what a great experience. The house had everything we could need with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were fantastic in all the rooms- young and old slept great! The host is kind and so on top of everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

The property was impeccably clean and actually exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, and the photos of the interior did not do justice to how smartly decorated and well-organized it was. Works well for 6 people

We had a very comfortable stay. The three bedrooms very comfortably accommodated 6 people. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked and had decent pans since we ate most meals here. Beds were comfortable and everyone was happy. It’s a short walk to the lifts, but totally doable. Probably about what you’d walk from the lodge.

Nice location for family skiing

Great walking location to beginner area and other lifts. Midweek skiing was incredible with NO lift lines, however some other activities and stores are closed on Tuesdays. Avalanche bay is closed mid-week. Lessons sold out weeks in advance. Thankfully, the snow was plentiful!! We also loved walking the SkyBridge. The condo was very well stocked with EVERYTHING: pillows, towels, paper supplies, coffee and creamers. Loved the first floor entry. Communication was fast and helpful. I asked many questions and Mary was sweet to answer each one. It was very cold the days we stayed, single digits, and the bathrooms were a bit chilly, but the fireplace worked great to warm us up and dry out our snow clothes. Note; we misunderstood the listing that a condo hot tub/pool might be available in the winter. Avalanche Bay looks awesome, so be sure to plan an afternoon for that.

Great Location

This property has everything you need. It’s the perfect location to Main lodge, bars and restaurants. We were there for the sky bridge, it was faster for us to walk to Disciples Ridge chairlift then to walk to the shuttle. It would be a great location for skiing.

No hills, easy access, and an easy walk to the middle of the action at Boyne Mountain. Nothing beats being in the middle of the fun and that's why these condo are still a favorite among skiers of all ages.

3. If you need to work there is a dedicated wifi line.
6. A summer pool is just several buildings away.

We knew with this location and with this much room everyone would be happy!!
Based at the bottom of the hill this location was central to every activity Boyne has to offer. You can walk across the street to play tennis or go cross country skiing.
