When stepping into this property, you are greeted with 20 ft hallway that leads to a 15 ft ceiling height living room. The house is built on modern coastal concept, given that it is located only 5 min drive from the sugary white sand beach and a large state park with almost no tourist around. It is close to major grocery store and restaurants. This house is situated in a residential area with other family around, so being friendly to your neighbors is a must. It is kids friendly as well. The development is being built and pool is anticipated to be finished in 2022.
