Our Marilyn Monroe Guest House is gorgeous and it books fast! Full kitchen with everything you need! Stainless Steel appliances with microwave, stainless Steel gas 5 burner stove and oven, Stainless Steel Fridge with tons of dishes, etc. We furnish free cleaning supplies too. Please wipe down glass shower door to help keep it sparkling from lime build up. Big closet for everything. Extra pillows, sheets and bedspreads. Furnished with iron and ironing board. Yoga mat, beach towels, extra luxurious, linens, pillows etc. We are 6 minutes to Santa Monica beach. We have a large shared backyard that you can relax in and enjoy. There is a table, umbrella and 4 chairs with BBC and mood lights. There are lounge chairs in the garage with free laundry . Bike storage area available. This newly remodeled, Luxury, quiet, cozy guest house nestled in the heart of West LA, one block to new UCLA Science Offices -West End & Westside Pavillion, 1 mile to St John Hospital , 2 miles to FOX Studios Lot! Luxury Queen size bed, night stands and full dresser. Bathroom, Please wipe down shower glass doors to help keep it sparkling from build up of lime. Cable TV, wireless internet, toaster, Keurig coffee, electric can opener, air fryer, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, pot holders, silverware, utensils, kitchen table with chairs can also be used as a desk. We also have extra desk and chair if you want one. Please use cutting boards -Do Not cut on quartz counters please. Great for work, vacation, corporate studio, actors, nurses, Drs, students, etc.

5 miles to Cedars Sinai Hospital, , 3.3 miles to Famous Rodeo Drive shopping, 9 miles to World famous Staples Center for Sporting events and concerts, 10 miles to Hollywood and Hollywood Bowl, 6.5 Miles to Santa Monica Pier Beach, 5 miles to Murphy Ranch Trail Hiking in Santa Monica Mountains, 30 Minutes to LAX and 36 miles to Disneyland!

Close to UCLA, Kaiser, USC, Santa Monica College, Loyola Law School, Otis College of Art & Design, Fashion Institute, Pasadena Art Center, etc.

Great Beverly Hills Studio

I stayed for a month in this lovely, well-located studio guest house in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The unit was well-stocked and well kept. The hosts were friendly and always available for questions and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this property.

Would stay here again!

I truly enjoyed the time I spent here as a travel nurse. Location was absolutely perfect, my landlord was quick to reply to my concerns and very thoughtful, respectful and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again. Just a great experience overall. Thank you so very much, Albert!

Home away from home

Provided the sense of home away from home while traveling. Very nice owners too. It’s safe and you do NOT fight the freeway California traffic at all to get to work. Perfect location for me.
