This is a `walk in & say wow` property. It was completely gutted & remodeled in a multi-year restoration. We preserved the original brick & wood where possible - even beams from the lofted ceiling were used to recreate the stairs! With huge lofted ceilings, a massive bathroom, tub, sliding barn doors, and more, you`ll be thrilled choosing our place!

The house was extremely clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed the high end products they stocked the home with. The bathrooms were so pretty and the whole house was beautifully appointed. The local artwork was a great touch. A the location was prime time. We loved walking around and checking out all the fun shops and restaurants! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect spot

Loved the location! The finishes were beautiful and the features of the place made it next level. We loved being able to walk around town from here. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely book again!

Great Location

The location is right in the middle of Lawrenceville which is great if you plan on going to the bars. The check in process was also very smooth.

Great place to stay

The house was great: large kitchen and baths. Nicely decorated. Clean. Close to everything and within walking distance to some wonderful eateries. Kitchen could use some mixing bowls and cooking utensils.

Perfect football weekend!

Our first time in Pittsburgh and we were thrilled with this property! It was exactly as listed and the neighborhood is just what we wanted. Most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever slept on, and super clean! Great restaurants all walkable. We felt like proper Yinzers! Will definitely be back!

Pittsburgh Charm

We loved this space! It was ideal for two couples. The kitchen has everything you could need, and all top quality. The bedrooms and bathrooms wonderful. The only thing we would have changed is the seating in the kitchen, we play cards and to sit on hard stools with no backs was a little rough. We lived the neighborhood and the fact we could walk to go out to dinner or for a beer or ice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding Stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! From the communication with the host, Chad, to the beautiful amenities with all the little “extra special touches” this host provides, it was truly one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. This property was within walking distance to many local restaurants, bars and shops and only a quick Uber ride to downtown! The master bedroom and bathroom was a dream! The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I plan to purchase one for home! The kitchen is beautiful and has all the items you could want or need, including an electric teapot with specialty teas, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, an espresso machine, all the necessities to make a craft cocktail and so much more! If we ever get the chance to visit the Pittsburgh area again, which I’m sure we will, we will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!!

Really nice unit in a great location. Parking and noise are minor issues

We had a fantastic stay. I stayed with my husband and my parents over 3 nights. The unit is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The stairs up to the bedroom were quite steep and almost more than what my elderly parents could handle..loved all the coffee and the kitchen area. Living room is small but we just came here to sleep and the bedrooms were quite comfy. My parents took the master bedroom and they really liked it. The unit is very modern and all the lights and climate controls took us a bit to figure out. The only complaint is that this is very close to pubs and can get noisy over saturday night. The parking space provided is quite challenging and unless you have a tiny care you must be prepared to hunt for street parking (which was not a problem). Loved the overall aesthetic and amenities. Communication with Chad was great. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a Pittsburgh tourist. If you're fine with bar noises and the steep stairs, this place is great.

Urban chic vibe in a perfect location

This space is located in Lawrenceville, and is walking distance to lots of interesting restaurants and shops. Only a 10 minute drive to PNC Stadium. It is is beautifully decorated with a lot of creativity; as an artist I couldn't stop looking at every single thing. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very luxurious! Chad is a perfect host. He has provided everything you could possibly need or want, from the well-equipped roomy kitchen to umbrellas thoughtfully provided at both the front and back door! Plenty of places to charge your devices; many TVs and up-to-date features. Chad responded within 2 minutes each time I had a question, and was very helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!
