One bedroom with a 180x200cm bed.

A bathroom with a corner shower (70x70cm) and a washbasin.

A 6m² balcony accessible from the kitchen.

A baby cot, high chair, safety gate, and baby bath are available upon request.

All-inclusive accommodation (utilities, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning). A small dog is welcome for an additional fee.

Paid street parking is available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (one hour free per day).
Free street parking is available a five-minute walk away (Lacuzon parking lot). The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, near the Place d'Armes and all amenities.
The tram stop is 25 meters away, and Valenciennes train station is a 10-minute walk.
