"Ma petite Marinière", located on the beach Granville-St Nicolas,
Is a very nice cozy apartment, by the sea, renovated, suitable for 2 people
Direct access to the sea by a staircase, 50m without road to cross. The private terrace of 25m with its barbecue make it a real asset! Sea view of the apartment and the terrace. The apartment is located in a pretty residence with a fountain on the large collective terrace to enhance the living room.


The apartment includes:
◦ A living room with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave-fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, Dyson vacuum cleaner, 2 coffee makers (classic and 1 Senseo), toaster, kettle as well as crockery and kitchen utensils, TV, leather sofa
◦ A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, large closet, dressing table and dresser
◦ Separate toilet / Entrance with large cupboard
◦ Bathroom equipped with a heated towel rail, vanity unit and storage column -

Accommodation equipped with free wifi.

The apartment is ideally located 50m from the beach of Saint Nicolas, by private access with no road to cross and 200m from the village of Saint Pair sur mer, dynamic city with all shops (possibility to do everything on foot), and 5 minutes by car from Granville
Free bus line at the foot of the apartment leading to the center of Granville and the train station

Many water and cultural activities in the region
Nearby: Chausey Islands, Channel Islands, D-Day landing beaches, Mont St Michel, Dol de Bretagne, Cancale, St Malo...

Ma petite Marinière est un joli appartement pour deux tres bien équipé, très bien placé à 2 pas de la mer et des commerces. L'arrêt de la navette gratuite est à la porte. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour
