The front door of this 69 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegant, and thoughtfully decorated space.

The living room features a very comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed for a fifth guest, as well as a television.

The dining area includes a large table that can seat up to six people.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more.

Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed (140x200 cm) dressed with hotel-quality linens for a restful and comfortable stay. For your little one’s comfort, a travel crib is also provided in the apartment.

The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Bagnolet is a vibrant suburb located just east of Paris, offering easy access to the city while providing a quieter, more residential atmosphere. Well-connected by public transportation, it allows visitors to reach central Paris quickly and conveniently. Known for its diverse and welcoming vibe, Bagnolet also features pleasant green spaces like the Jean-Moulin – Les Guilands park, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With its local markets, small shops, and proximity to cultural venues such as Théâtre L'Échangeur or La Marbrerie in nearby Montreuil, Bagnolet is an ideal base for exploring Paris while enjoying a more authentic and local experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, GuestReady (line 3), is just an 8-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
