The townhome has three levels, 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests.

Entering through the garage and up a flight of stairs, places you in the main level great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Offers comfy modern furnishings, a Smart TV, and entrance to the balcony where you'll find a BBQ grill, outdoor seating and views.

The kitchen and dining areas situated up a couple of stairs in an elevated area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen comes with stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range, spacious stone counters for easy prep and a spacious kitchen bar with seating for three. There is also an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage.

Dining Area: The dining area features a table and seating for seven. There's also a convenient work desk within this space.
