⛳ Children will love the unique 15-hole mini-golf course in the garden, while you relax in a warm and inviting interior complete with a wood-burning stove.

🍁 La Grange de l’Agouadis is located in the lovely village of Aulus-les-Bains, just behind the thermal baths yet far enough from the center to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. With no close neighbors and an unfenced garden, you’ll experience a true stay immersed in nature, all within a short walk of local amenities.

🏠 The spacious and welcoming living area includes a wood-burning stove and an inviting, functional open kitchen with a range cooker perfect for preparing real feasts.

☀️ Enjoy your morning coffee in the large sunlit veranda, opening onto the garden—a unique space where indoors and outdoors blend harmoniously.

🛏️ Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.

One of the bedrooms is filled with natural light and offers direct access to the garden—perfect for savoring the calm of the morning or stepping straight into nature as soon as you wake up.

🚿 Each bedroom has its own private shower room, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. Please note that the toilets are located on the ground floor near the living areas.

Blending authenticity with modern comfort, the upper floor is a peaceful haven where you wake up to birdsong and the gentle ambiance of the surrounding mountains.

🧣 For your winter comfort, the heat pump serves as the main heating system.

🔥 In winter, the fireplace is a delightful extra. A basket of firewood is provided (additional wood available for an extra fee).

The keys will be waiting for you in the key box upon arrival. A welcome booklet will be sent 48 hours before check-in.
