Enjoy a large convivial terrace, a private swimming pool and a garden shaded by a beautiful hundred-year-old pine tree, perfect for your naps and moments of relaxation. Air-conditioned, the living rooms open onto the garden through large bay windows. Barbecue, ping-pong table, petanque court, games for the youngest... everything has been thought out for everyone's pleasure.

On the first floor: Bedroom 1 (1 queen size bed) with bathroom and toilet en suite / Kitchen / Living room.
