I manage 30 vacation homes & have owned my own, so I am writing this review from the view of someone with hospitality and vacation rental experience.The condo itself is updated, clean, and has a nice view. However, it felt like the host was new to vacation rental hosting, as many guest details were missing.Check-in was smooth but were asked to coordinate a specific arrival time with a local contact, which can be difficult while traveling. Wi-Fi and minimal information were sent the day of check-in through WhatsApp, but not all at once. This felt inefficient, especially when trying to get online & cannot reach the person with the information. A simple guest book or welcome guide with Wi-Fi, house instructions, check-out details, & local tips would be very helpful.The condo also is better suited for local guests driving in rather than travelers flying in. For 3 guests staying 5 nights, we were provided only 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. 1 bed was missing a top sheet, another was missing pillowcases, and there were no extra linens for the sofa bed. There were also no beach towels, beach chairs, or sunbrella, which would have been helpful for a beach stay.We ended up leaving early after receiving an unfriendly text 2 days before the end of our stay asking us to confirm departure time, not stay past check-out, & pay additional travel tax. According to Vrbo, extra fees or taxes should be handled at the time of booking, not the end of a stay.
