The rooms are divided as follows: Common room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and lounge. 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds. Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with refrigerator and electric water boiler. Storeroom Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Roztoky u Jilemnice. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Partially enclosed property.

Oven for solid fuels and AKU oven. Television reception is via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to mid-September, diameter 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep).
