Hello, I'm Akhil and my house is situated in Trivandrum, 4km away from the city. It is a peaceful area away from the city center so you can have the benefits of the city and village. There is a river flowing at the back of this house, which is good for swimming too. My house is fully furnished and there is free parking space for your vehicle on the street. The closest International Airport and nearest Railway station are only half an hour away from the house location. Food delivery apps like swiggy and zomato are available.

The biggest advantage is that you will get direct bus services to the city center and from there to every nook and corner. Thus, a tourist can travel around and explore the city and its outskirts as well as other tourist attractions. Uber and Ola are available here. Nearby attractions include Kovalam beach, Poovar Island, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Trivandrum Zoo, etc.

A peaceful area with a river. You will have access to the roof which has great views of a nearby hill, river, and church. There are two bedrooms, one queen-size bed and one full, both supplied with blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels, one bathroom with toilet (it has both toilet paper and hand bidet), shower, and one kitchen with one electric stovetop, cookware, dishware, and small refrigerator and living room with desk, table, chairs, and a sofa. There are powerful ceiling fans in every room. There is also hot water access in the bathroom.

This location is located 30 minutes away from Ocean beaches and 10 minutes away from beautiful Vellayani lake.
