Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 25 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over an external stair directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the 10 sqm terrace. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Crikvenica. The studio is located on a garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The same house also contains the holiday apartments KVA CRI 300 (6 people), KVA CRI 301 (4 people), and KVA CRI 302 (4 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
