Drop your bags and welcome to your home away from home on Iconic Hwy 30A in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach! Relax on your intimate balcony or head down for a refreshing dip in the shared pool. When you're ready to venture out, Dune Allen Public Beach is less than one mile away. This vacation rental is close to numerous top-tier restaurants, Gulf Place Town Center, and Baytowne Wharf.

Located on the second floor, this tastefully decorated and very inviting vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and countertop seating and a sunny living area with a cable-equipped TV all ready for family movie nights.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

USSSA WORLD SERIES

We booked for 7 days to stay for our grandson to play in the World Series tournament. Enjoyed this place very much. Quiet and out of the way from the hustle and bustle. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked very good! The only thing I would add is making the ice maker work or provide some ice trays so there can be ice for tea and soft drinks.

Great location and clean

Spacious, clean place near the beach. We enjoyed bike riding along 30A. Restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

This place is almost comically bad. Not dirty. Not run down but just a bare minimum of expectations and many times not even meeting those and other times over exceeding. First point - there is no dead bolt for the front door of this property. It locks with a code which is fine but there is no way to secure the property from inside and we found that very unsettling. The shower door sounds like it’s going to break when you open it. None of the TV remotes had more than 1 battery (2 is needed to work) so we put 2 batteries into 1 remote to turn the TV on to find there is only 1 channel to watch and no other way to find any other channel. That was it. Storage Wars was our only option. Not a smart TV either so we couldn’t input our own logins. The smoke detector beeped the entire time. The beds are extremely soft and fall into the middle so we found ourself very tired every morning. It was quite possibly the worst stay we’ve had. On the flip side - the best part was that each toilet had a high end bidet. I wish they would have put the money into anything else in the unit. Absolutely wouldn’t come again.

Never use Vacasa.

Horrible and just a continuation of the entire fiasco with Vacasa. Never using this company again and will spread the word for others to do the same. Disappointed with management, maintenance and communication. The unit they forced me to move was dirty, blood stains on bedsheets, stained rugs, AC took a while to kick in, ice maker wasn’t not working properly, and cleaners knocked on the door for service one hour before checkout time. I was forced to move to this unit very far away from family and friends due to a problem caused by Vacasa and the manager I spoke on the phone accused me to trying to get a free stay out of the situation. It was an insult that I want a formal apologies for this.

Made my mother's 80th birthday extra special.

This place was so clean. Everything was there to make our stay great. So glad that they offered our 4 day stay instead of wanting a minimum 7 days. We will be requesting same stay in near future. Close to beaches . We loved it!!
