Baseboard heating will keep you cozy on chilly nights, while ceiling & portable fans plus 2 window AC units cool the summer heat. Two bedrooms--one with queen bed, one with a double--open off the spacious living room. Kick back on the reclining love seat to watch flat screen TV (cable & wifi included). Additional sleeping space on the spacious porch, with newer queen sofa sleeper, bunk bed for 2, and folding cot for additional sleeping options. Enjoy the breeze on the side porch with its comfortable seating, additional TV, and large table for dining or games. Whether you're grilling on the back deck or enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, you'll get the full TI Park experience! Parking for up to 2 cars.
