Villa Jéromine is located in the renowned Pontaillac district, with its casino, famous beach, and numerous shops and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance (400m). Magnificent walks along the coastal road to Royan, its port, town center, and seafront. Along the way, you'll discover coves and beaches, while breathing in the sea spray. By bike, you'll discover some of the 60 km of cycle paths along the seafront, from Saint-Georges to Saint-Palais and through the Coubre forest.
This is a very comfortable and spacious villa. It offers numerous outdoor spaces: a beautiful terrace at the front and two other flower-filled terraces at the rear of the villa, not overlooked, designed for dining, sunbathing, and relaxing.
Inside, you'll find three bedrooms with double beds (two: 160x200; one: 140x190), a fourth bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a king-size bed upon request), two spacious bathrooms with windows, each with a bathtub and bidet in one, and a large shower and bidet in one, and a large shower and bidet in the other. You'll also enjoy a powder room with a sink in one of the bedrooms.

The 36m² living/dining room opens onto the front terrace. The kitchen is separate.
Numerous novels are available for guests.
Bed linens, towels, tea towels, and tablecloths are provided, as well as shower gel, spices, and herbs grown in the garden.

A washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board are available, along with a container of detergent, dish soap, and various basic cleaning products.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils,
dishes, and cooking utensils. A freezer is also available for guests.
