You will love this charming and spacious T3 apartment of 70 m², bathed in light, facing south and air-conditioned, with secure parking. Completely renovated and decorated with care, it is located in a peaceful area of Montpellier.
Its large terrace facing a wooded park is ideal for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
Close to the Belvédère Park and the GGL.
You will be 15 minutes from Montpellier city center, and 20 to 30 minutes from the beaches. We sincerely want your stay to be as pleasant as possible.

The apartment is very nice.
In all seasons.
Lunch or dinner on the terrace is very pleasant.
We think of those who arrive late or tired, a pack of pasta, condiments, tomato sauce are there to help.
The next day, a few pods of coffee, and soluble in addition, rusks, enough to gain strength and go shopping.
If you can replace what you have consumed, that's fine, otherwise, it doesn't matter.
There is all the equipment that we imagined useful.
