Welcome to OCEAN HOUSE I 1401, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo directly on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. This open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings, with bedrooms featuring new linens, flat-screen TVs, and DVD players. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces with unlimited WiFi. Outside, relax in the resort-style zero-entry pool (heated in the winter months!), let the kids play in the kiddie pools, or stroll to the beach via convenient ramps and showers. Charcoal grills and shaded gazebos make outdoor meals and relaxation easy.

Great Stay!

Unit was very nice. Would stay there again. Only issue, the adirondack chairs on the balcony were very hard to get out of for us old people.

The omly thing we did not like qas paying 30 to park. But everything else was great

Wonderful

The property was easy to find, looked just like the listing, and perfect for our family. The property manager kept us informed and we were able to relax and enjoy our visit. Plenty of good seafood and shopping nearby as well. A great place to stay!

Had a great time! Issues with the refigerator and management was called seven times before it was handled. We lost a whole morning handling the situation so the owners didnt have a water issue

Nice Place But Stinky

Reviewer Comments: The place was great but when we arrived we were met with a foul odor coming from underneath one of the bathroom sinks that had a bad leak. We notified management and they came out the next morning to fix it. The beds were not very comfy either so thank goodness we didn’t stay a full week.

Nice condo but too much construction while we were there.

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable but on Monday, our fourth day there, we were told workers needed to be in the condo on Tuesday from 9 to 5 and that we could come and go as we pleased. The only problem was, they were installing fiber optics for the internet so they pushed all of the furniture to the center of EVERY ROOM and covered it in plastic and covered all of the televisions with plastic. There were several workers there cutting holes in walls and installing the fiber optic cables. Obviously, there was nowhere for us to "be" so we spent the day finding other things to do. On the day we were leaving, we had until 10:00 AM to be out of the condo. With no notice, there was a knock on the door around 9:00 AM while we were trying to get our things together and we were told the dry wall workers needed in. We told them we would be out at 10:00 AM, could they wait until then to work in the condo and we were told no, they needed in right then. We let them in and did our best to stay out of their way and get out as quickly as possible. We were told two days before we left to go to Gulf Shores that we would not be able to use the balcony because of ongoing work, which was an inconvenience because I like spending time on the balcony especially when the weather is too cool to be on the beach, but we had already made our reservations and arrangements to be gone so we went ahead and made the trip. I feel like we paid a lot of money for a vacation that had interruptions from day one.

The winter months is when a lot of upgrades and repairs are planned since it is not a busy time. We would love to host you again and provide you with a better experience.
