This half-duplex is a one-story building. No staircases. Just four wide steps up to the front door. The sparkling clean and conveniently located apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeps a maximum of six guests (including children and infants).

The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishware, cookware, flatware and features a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee station, ample cabinet space, and small dining table/laptop work station.
The living room has an entertainment center with a 55inch smart TV, comfortable sofas, ceiling fan and window AC.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bureau, a spacious closet, AC unit, ceiling fan and 43 inch smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a sleigh-style queen bed, twin-size bunk beds, a spacious closet, AC unit, and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have windows, plenty of natural light, and adjustable shades.
The apartment has one full-bathroom, fully stocked with hairdryer, toiletries.

Other great features include free Netflicks, fast WIFI, large yard and outdoor dining area, beach chairs, umbrella and towels, as well as some toys for the kidos. We also have plenty of off-street parking for up to six vehicles.

Our half-duplex is centrally located, in the Allapattah area, close to the Miami Airport, MIA, with easy access to downtown Miami and neighboring areas. 1.9 miles from Wynwood; known for its colorful murals and nightlife, 5 minutes from Miami Design district, and "Little Havanah".
Allapattah is mostly made up of Central American and Carribbean immigrants. You will find restaurants from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, El Salvador, Belize, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and many other countries represented in this area.
Like many Miami neighborhoods it's common to see chickens and roosters roaming free, and to hear, and sometimes feel "Latino music" on weekends. Truly this is the "spice" the "sound" and the "Heart" of Miami. We provide ear plugs and each room has its own wall air conditioner however our place is not for "noise sensitive" or any "light sleepers" !

No transportation? No problem, a 10-minute walk to the Metro Rail provides easy access to down town Miami, Miami International Airport, and to the Tri-rail transfer station. Once in downtown Miami, the free Metro Mover opens the doors to Miami and its vast activities, beaches, hospitals, museums, shopping, and neighboring cities.
