Fabulous Vacation Rental on Ocean Drive, South Beach

This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

Location: perfect because of being right at the beach but in the backyard of a restaurant with loud music until 11pm every day. Chairs, parasol, towels and sand toys are wonderful to have.Condition very average but big enough if you are outside most of the time.Service: the woman on site is very helpful as good as she can.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and clean with a side view of the street corner that set right on the strip which was very convenient to everything. We really appreciated our host Helena for being very helpful with giving us directions and advice. The parking garage was a block away which may have been the cheapest to park in. Other than that I would definitely choose this room again.

The location is great and the room is huge but unfortunately there was a strange smell in our room that was pretty off putting. My friends didn’t have that issue in their rooms though.

Perfect!

This rental was great. Just as described, clean, awesome location. There's a restaurant right outside as many of the hotels along Ocean Drive have. Parking garage around the corner, CVS around the corner. Public bathrooms, rinse station, walkway to beach and the Miami Beach sign are right across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

This place is fantastic. I DEFINITELY stay here again!!

It’s ideally located on Ocean Drive, it was clean and bed was super comfortable. The owner reached out before my stay, which I appreciate. Walgreens and CVS are within walking distance with PLENTY of food choices. Great overall and I loved that it wasn’t expensive!!!

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

The location is fantastic! The beach is just across the street and there are plenty of places within a short walk. The team at the building was very helpful. The TV in the room was nice and it was convenient to have a kitchen.

South Beach Done Right

If you want to be immersed in all that is South Beach this is the perfect spot. Sitting right on Ocean Drive. You are walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do in the south Beach area. Our host was incredibly accommodating and great with the communication for gaining access. We’ll definitely stay at the same place when we go back.

Cleanliness

The property is located where I wanted it to be, but that is as far as it went walking through a restaurant and listening to the restaurant music all night was not my idea of vacation. The room was not very clean.
