Great for stadium events

Excellent walking location to Bank of America Stadium and nearby restaurants. Hot tub was a big hit!

Nice condo near uptown

Overall good. The unit we were to be in had t been cleaned at all when we arrived, but they had an additional unit next door that was the same in every respect, so it worked out great

Great place for Wedding Weekend

I stayed here with my 5 bridesmaids! It was so cute and great for a group of girls! The hot tub on the roof was awesome and the view was even better! It had a huge kitchen with a big countertop, perfect for my Dad to make us a big wedding day breakfast! Also, there was plenty of room and natural light for the hair and makeup girls to set up. The staff was so nice and even offered to run to the store for us during the weekend if we needed anything. Only 2 parking spaces but they are in a nice garage. This is a great place to stay for 6 people but no more.

Panthers Weekend

We had an excellent stay while in town for the Panthers game. The location was perfect for a short walk to the stadium. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group and we really enjoyed the rooftop patio! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fun modern condo in great location.

Fun Uptown location close to stadiums, nightlife, restaurants, park. Large unit with full baths in all bedrooms. 2-car garage was a great feature as was the large rooftop deck with view of highrise skyline. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood 1 block from walking park, kid playground, dog park, basketball, tennis courts. Would stay again, would recommend. Note no bedrooms on mainfloor (which we knew from listing) but head's up stairs feature prominently in your stay.

Wonderful location and very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We found the house to be very well appointed and have everything we needed for comfort. The management team was very communicative throughout our stay. We did not have any problems. The location is so central to downtown Charlotte and Bank of America Stadium. We had the best time.

GREAT TIMES IN CHARLOTTE!

This is an Excellent property, with an outstanding location! We were in town for a football game and we were in a CLOSE walking distance to the stadium!! I would rate this 12 out 10 stars for excellence!!

Great for families!!!

Our kids loved the place with the wide open spaces, tall windows; Roku in every room, Sonos sound system and HOT TUB on the roof! They also loved walking to the streetcar stop at Johnson & Wales University to travel around town.

Clean, Modern, Great Location

If you are looking for clean and modern accommodations in a location convenient to Uptown, the stadium, arena, or convention center, this rental is perfect. The host was communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms are sizable with private bathrooms in each bedroom. Lots of natural light and a rooftop area with an incredible Uptown skyline view.
