The spacious house boasts an incredible brand new kitchen, a carriage house with full kitchen (5 king beds total), and wonderful outdoor spaces including an outdoor dining space, outdoor fireplace + kitchen w string lights, and front porch with seating perfect for a cocktail!

This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the complimentary 6-seater LSV to the 10 complimentary bikes to the multiple peaceful porches for relaxing after a day at the beach to the gourmet chef's kitchen plus the expansive living spaces, it is an absolutely beautiful and comfortable home for a large family or groups!

From the top-of-the-line appliances to the gorgeous custom designer coastal decor and serene outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There are also complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use.

This GORGEOUS home is situated in the ultra-desirable Lake District of the WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (Camp WaterColor for families, the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, etc. just to name a few)! It is just one block to the Frog Pond Pool and Sandhill Park (see photo for reference).

There is over 3,700 square feet of living space in this large corner-lot home, making for plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The home boasts marble counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a living room with doors that open to the outside, an outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen, a separate carriage house with full kitchen, multiple living and dining spaces, 5 king beds, and more!

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

-Bedroom 5: Bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, each bunk with its own TV, shares bathroom with large glass shower

There is also a pack n' play provided at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It takes about 3 minutes to get there from the house - the ultra desirable and stunning Lake District location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
