New upgraded granite countertops, cabinets, appliances, 55" LG TV, King Size Bed, Queen Sofa Bed. Kitchen well stocked with essentials required of a gourmet chef. Located in the quiet Spinnaker Run Gated Community, having a heated jacuzzi, and sauna. Beautiful park and Senior Community center adjacent to complex with walking paths, tennis and pickle ball courts.

Retired couple have owned this property since it was built. We have just finished the complete renovation with plans to utilize our property during the summer. The property is ideal location for snowbirds to explore the beautiful Southern California coast, having one of the best climates in the world. Dana Point is known for it's Lantern District and Harbor, with neighboring Laguna Beach and San Clemente within a short drive.
